Instituting the section

The Physics and the Mathematics was instituted in 1395H in the Education College located in Palestine Street "behind Luna Park " near Sahari with fourteen  students of which five were employed as Assistant professors as follows :

Dr. Ayisha Daghistani

The two parts were separated after one year of the institution of the Section and the Physics section began on 1396H as an independent entity with only three students while the second batch were  only two and were drawn from the teaching staff . They were:

Dr. Safiya Hamid El Deen

Dr. Jameela Al Zahrani

Thereafter the numbers of students joining the section began decreasing for some years when only two students joined, then only one, then four and then two. Years passed by until the number of students became 90.  At the present time the number stands at 250 students in one group..
