Physics Laboratories

They are located at the Laboratories floor B in the first floor with the exception of the nuclear laboratories which are in the ground floor.

The most important teaching laboratories for the BA level are as follows:

General Physics Lab (1) : It comprises basic experiments related to traditional mechanics

The Laboratory of matter properties and heat:

It comprises practical experiments about the properties of mechanical matter: its flexibility, stress, reaction, the properties of barriers and thermal properties.

Electricity and Magnetism Lab. (1): It includes the basic experiments related to the subject of static electricity and electric current.

Electricity and Magnetism Lab (2): It includes studying circuits of A/C.

Optical and physical light: It includes experiments in studying the properties of lens and mirrors and experiments in ……

Modern physics Lab: It includes experiments in electro-radiation and verifying inverse squares law for thermal radiation and identifying ionization stress for the threaten valve

Electronics Lab: The lab comprises traditional and advanced experiments in physics of electronics.

Solid State Lab.: It comprises main experiments involving some solid materials and studying their crystalline composition and the study of their electrical and thermal properties.

Nuclear and radiation physics Lab.: The lab contains instruments for the nuclear and radiation measurements.

The Rainbow and Laser Lab. :  It includes advanced light and rainbow experiments..
